MSP® - PROJECT MANAGEMENT WITH ASBC SOLUTIONS
MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) is an internationally recognised best practice programme management framework designed to give organisations a common language leading to collaborative behaviour in programme management. It has been widely adopted and successfully implemented throughout both the public and private sectors around the world.

The combined MSP® Foundation & Practitioner course gives delegates an in-depth framework allowing existing project and programme managers to enhance their own knowledge and experience and gives a flexible approach to applying the MSP® framework and its tools for successful programme management.
