PRINCE2®
Projects are about delivering outputs allowing organisations to deliver outcomes which are measured by specific benefits. This can be linked or driven by change programmes.
PRINCE2® is an internationally recognised best practice project management methodology designed to give organisations a common language leading to collaborative behaviour in projects management. Since its inception in 1989, it has been widely adopted and successfully implemented throughout both the public and private sectors around the world. Our course introduces delegates to the principles, themes and processes required for successful project management.
MSP®
Most organisations deliver policy deployment via a series of change programmes and projects. MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) is an internationally recognised best practice programme management framework designed to give organisations a common language leading to collaborative behaviour in programme management.
It has been widely adopted and successfully implemented throughout both the public and private sectors around the world. It is becoming more and more essential for middle to senior managers to have a good understanding of the basics of programme management to maximize the benefits of change and to gain a sustainable return on investment.
MSP is very flexible and designed to be adapted to meet the needs of local circumstances.
There are four MSP examination levels within the scheme:
• MSP Foundation- Exam based
• MSP Practitioner – Exam based
• MSP – Advanced Practitioner – Exam based
• MSP Re-Registration – Exam or assignment based required every 3-5 years to remain registered

Managing risk in any organisation requires processes and procedures to drive a culture of sustainable measured risk taking with regard to and in support of a business objectives. Very often this needs to start with the identification and effective communication of these business objectives at all perspectives, Strategic, Programme, Project and Operational, to allow the development of opportunities and the management of threats.
M_o_R® (Management of Risk) is part of the Best Practice Guidance portfolio published by the AXELOS Limited.
M_o_R considers risk from different perspectives within an organization: strategic, programme, project and operational. While it links to other AXELOS Limited Best Practice, it respects the roles, responsibilities and terminologies used outside the disciplines of programme and project management.
